Storm Clouds

Storm Clouds

1. Form Pleiades.

2. Repeat steps 2 to 4 of Pleiades.

3. 2 picks up the upper TV string from the far side (it is the lower L2f to middle R2f string). Extend with 2 pointing upward.

Notes: The method described here is from Jayne’s book (1906:236-243). If a long loop is used, a new cloud will be added each time steps 2 and 3 are repeated. If the string tension becomes unmanageable, release the upper 2 loop just prior to step 3. See Replica of a Cloud for a discussion of cloud symbols in sandpaintings.
